Visiting this website
When you visit the site, the server automatically stores access data in a log file: the page requested, time, amount of data transferred, browser type and IP address. This serves the secure and trouble-free operation of the site (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The log data is deleted automatically once the period set by the host has expired.

The website is hosted by united-domains AG, Gautinger Straße 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany. The host processes the data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).
Fonts
This website uses the fonts Libre Caslon, Manrope and Lora. They are stored on our own web server and loaded from there. No connection is made to servers of Google or other font providers.
Contact form, call back and property check
When you write to us via the contact form for guests, the call-back form or the property check for owners, we process the details you enter there – depending on the form, your name, email address, phone number, preferred dates, details of the location, type, size and condition of the property and your message. The details are sent by email to info@landauszeit.com, additionally stored in this website's database so that no enquiry is lost, and used solely to process your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time, and for contract-related enquiries Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. We delete the data once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Beds24 booking calendar
The guest pages include the availability calendar and the booking calendar of our booking system Beds24 (beds24.com, media.xmlcal.com). When these pages are opened, a connection to Beds24 is established; your IP address and technical details of your browser are transmitted to Beds24, and Beds24 may set technically necessary cookies. This serves to display availability and prices (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). When you book, Beds24 processes your booking data on our behalf to carry out your stay (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
Bookings via Airbnb and Booking.com
Bookings via Airbnb and Booking.com are handled through the respective platform. Their privacy policies apply to the processing there. We receive the data needed for the stay from them (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
Guest reviews
The guest quotes on this website come from reviews that guests published on Booking.com or Airbnb after their stay. We show them with the first name and country displayed there and maintain them ourselves on our server; no connection to Booking.com or Airbnb is made when you visit our pages. The overall ratings link to the respective platform – their privacy policies only apply once you click the link.
Links to Instagram and Facebook
This website links to our profiles on Instagram and Facebook (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited). These are simple links: only when you click one are you taken to the platform, and only then do its privacy policies apply. Simply visiting our pages does not transmit any data to Meta.
Contact by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to answer your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them as soon as they are no longer needed for that purpose.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set any cookies for analytics or advertising and does not use any analytics services. Technically necessary cookies may occur, for example for logged-in editors.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR).
