You organise these services locally – they are not included.
All prices plus statutory VAT (19 %). Overnight revenue means the total booking amount paid by the guest, including the cleaning fee and excluding tourist tax. The exact rate depends on the property, location and scope of services and is agreed in writing before we start.

Before we took on letting for others, we built it up for ourselves. We run the “Family” apartment on our farmstead in Selsingen with exactly the processes we use for you: one calendar for all platforms, well-kept listings on Booking.com and Airbnb, direct booking via our own website, seasonal pricing and self check-in with a key box.
